Yes, but apparently they gonna put autoloot, this is not decided yet. But as for buffs its newbie buffs until lvl 75, but offc you need standard buffers, its low rate.

So everyone and their mothers will have to dual or triple box something? I don't understand why. Also will we run mage or fighter party

Plan is an Archer CP, least problems this way and they are great for pvp.
