LineAge2 - Classic l2?

I knew some1 will put PA thing xd
but still pay to play is pay to play and f2p is like.. whatever I will play w/o paying , there is gazillion ppl who don't give a fook about lv they log they play they delog. also don't tell me if u pay to play then u wont pay again for runes and again for sp drop rate etc and in total it will be much more $. anyway Tried many games kr like SUN yearS ago and few others.. vpn from battleping or wtfast wont help u coz it will be still retraded location for EU. min 0.5 s delays. imagine 'dynamic' pvp with 0.5s - 1.5 or 2 or god knows. rage, drama and u know it .

- Well thing is you are comparing it to other games, monthly fee was the monthly fee, you couldn't buy extra exp, coins, and other bullsh1t that free to play model is providing. Back then you didn't even had option to pay to change your nick, that why you had some ppl with nicks xxzsdsazx cose chineze farmers made them and didn't care about nick as long as the char was making them adena they can sell on internet.
- For example all the people raising "DVP" in the "air" while no1 is actually mentioning that he was one of biggest Ebayer's and  when it comes to his videos, what he shows in them is killing players who he overlvled/overgeared so this example is the bad part of L2 which will always be present thnx to presence of $$$ in all the games. (Soul Bound could have fixed allot but w/e)
- As for PA, offc gonna mention it, if you are one of those people who log in and like making 1 lvl in 5 hours, while others with PA, exp rune, vita pots are making 5 lvls in 1 hour. And you are one of those guys right? Yes you are right F2P model is much better, now what do the servers do when people done with lvling? and they don't need even PA or exp runes any more? Well they add more crap into donation (for example on dex OP Cloaks that give high weight limit, move speed, p def, etc...) so you cannot tell me that this is something you can compare with each other.

- But about lag, its quite true...so what I can say is we can try it out see how it looks like at least.

downloaded those patches but none works. 
the 1st one when i double click it i get a window poping up with ???? and the second one is smthn in korean.

I downloaded it with 2 nd one, its an installer you must guess the installation it shouldn't be a big problem to do that.
I am updating NCsoft loader right now, I will see what will happen when that is done. I still had problems with making an account of which I will be sure it will work

It needs Korean account which needs confirmation, so you pretty much need to be Korean to play there or live in Korea. Otherwise is bunch of issues.
