No idea, can be good, wont judge it before it comes out, one thing is for sure, they will be opening new servers since those changes.

I actually like what I see there...don'\t get me wrong after  GF the game got fucked over but ever since the retarded updates they didn't rly keep sinking it...the game has stayed in same sh1tty place for a while and this....prolly improves the current standpoint of the game,can't see how it's making anything worse than it is,cuz it isn't...n yeah if there's new servers going up,granted that the new stuff is actually good would be worthwhile to try it out imo.

imagine current races / skills vs that new race.
if there will be new server, I'm up for it ... juts to try this sh1t
